Service Projects
Believe in Haiti welcomes community involvement through service projects. Several Boy Scouts have completed their Eagle Scout service project in cooperation with us. Other service projects are also encouraged. We would love any help and support that you, your family, your church group or Scout troop can offer. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Here are a list of ideas for our youth service projects: Hygiene kits, Sports equipment, Shoes (best ones are lightly used, black tennis shoes or church shoes), School supply kits, Feminine hygiene kits, Adding lace to white socks for school uniforms, Collecting craft supplies, Backpack collection, Diaper and formula collection for the orphanage, Cash donations are always appreciated, Other ideas are also welcome.
We ask that as you prepare your service project you keep a few things in mind:

We ask that as you prepare your service project you keep a few things in mind:
- Haiti is not short on stuff, please do not send things that are in poor condition.
- Please consider a monetary donation for things that can be purchased in the country as to support their economy.
- Transporting to Haiti is expensive; we ask that larger projects cover their own shipping.
- We have approximately 250 children in our feeding program, for large projects (backpacks, socks with lace, shoes, hygiene kits etc.) it is recommended to have one for everyone.
- We ask that those completing Eagle Scout service projects strongly consider joining us on a mission trip. We promise this will be a life changing experience!
